Documents can be demanded at any stage till visa stamped..off course u will remain in process as long as Decision not made asyousuf |

This is in response to your PM...The e-cas status doesn't matter, 'coz it's not updated regularly as the case progresses. I have many a times suggested that we shouldn't depend wholly on the e-cas, it's just to see a generalized progress. As with the ADR (Addnl Docs Request), it could be asked anytime during the case processing till it's conclusive decision, ie. till u have your PRV. ADR could be of very many types, repeat forms, repeat Certs/Exp Letters, updated POF, CIC Questionnaire etc. Anything & everything that may require the VO to assess or reAssess the file, or for just a repeat doc to Xcheck consistency of previous replies. Rather than the e-cas it'd be wise to know/observe one's timeline... Generally speaking, one should expect the 1st ADR somewhere around 2-3 months from the 2nd AOR. And also we should remember that one ADR might not hold value... there could be many more to come... Till the DM... Two, Three, Four - any nos. Qorax |
