Request application rejection

Hi all, I know it sounds weird but can sponsor request rejection of the application (in spouse immigration case)? I got married and sponsored my wife three years ago... the high commission has sent more than seven medical examination request so far. I am tired of waiting I don't know why they don't take final decision... I actually want to end this relationship. she is a nice girl but I don't have any feelings for her any more ...it's really disturbing and I don't know what to do... she still loves me but I feel that it's gonna be extremely hard for me to live rest of my life with her.. can I withdraw my application? if yes then what is the procedure? right now she is under treatment for TB for next six month and her medical is expired too... thanks

Yes, you can withdraw your sponsorship.  Fax a letter or send an email (do both) to CPC Mississauga letting them know you would like to withdraw as a sponsor.

But the case is already in process now in Canadian High commission, Islamabad(well it is for past more than two years). do I have to send a letter to High Commission in Islamabad? if I do, will they inform the applicant (my wife) that I have withdrawn the application or they will simply reject the case?

They know douche-bag like you will marry some one and then soon will get tired of a "nice girl" who still "love" you, and because of people like you immigration holds application of all nice and genuine people.

I know you wont like it if some one do this to your sister what you are planning to do with your loving wife.

You must be some cool guy who lives in Government housing on parliament street in Toronto, and thinks he is better than "Shahrukh Khan" and owns the downtown in dreams.

You can send the fax to both.  Follow the instructions on the link I gave you.  And yes, they will inform your wife that you have withdrawn sponsorship.

i also totally agree.....u make me sick...did u realize how much she will be going through after finding out this is what u gona be doing ......u know something what goes around comes back around .....u will go to hell..u waited three years to make this decision .god bless your wife..

I guess you have got the answer you have been looking but i will write my 2 cents anyways. If you are withdrawing your application just because you are sick and tired of waiting then you have failed to understand the real meaning of marriage. I really feel sorry for her that she felt for you and married you. If you have a real problem in marriage besides not living together then you need to work out those issues with her. It's not just your decision, it has a bigger impact on her life. I have a feeling that you just wanna leave her and not wanna tell her about your withdrawing of PR. Why would u do that? Doesn't she have a right? Do you think you are a special because you are a canadian?
Consult someone senior in your community before doing anything stupid.

It really makes me sadder to read your post as my husband was denied visa last month and we have waited 3 years to start living a life together.  Today it is our first wedding anniversary and I just received the notes.  The report from the VO is full of lies and inventions.  It is because of people like you she did not have an objective point of view and did lots of assuming and misinterpretation.  You imagine how devastated and crushed I feel?  My husband told me a few hours ago that his heart is bleeding and that NOTHING will separate us!

I know the feeling of staying away from your spouse especially on occasions like this, I wasnt able to be there at our first ceremoney and then when my daughter was born, couldn't see her until she was 5 months old, it hurts a lot, but all these difficulties has strengthened our bond and we are more commited to be with eachother whether its in canada or any part of the world!
idiots like OP know nothing what a real relationship is and will never know until he go through the same situation as his wife is, she needs his moral support bieng a patient of tuberculoses not that he runaway like a coward, but again, he will never know !!!

What on Earth are you on about? What you wrote is infused with a lot of jibberish.

Unless you know this man or his wife personally I suggest you shouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions.



He asked a simple question, not a detailed analysis of his relationship. You don't know this guy or his story, he's just a screen name to you.

To the OP, yes you can withdraw it at any time since no final decision has been made as of yet.

Just mail a document quoting the file and UCI#, stating that you wish to withdraw the case, I would send it to both the Islamabad and Mississauga office just to be safe, and it won't hurt to get it notarized by an oath commissioner.

Also I would write on the envelope "Urgent, case withdrawal"

They will withdraw the case but they will send her a letter informing her that the case has been withdrawn.
