There is a lot of speculation going on in various threads on the delay in 1st AOR from CIO. I am starting this thread to track the AORs of both pre and post June 26 apps. I scanned a few threads and found this as the last one received. Please correct if I am wrong, this should give us some clarity on the trend, if there is any

I guess no AORs for either pre or post June 26th apps, after Sep 1. Payments are being processed on either side.

The reason for no AORs is anybody's guess!
