Reply from Ney York office, Qorax and other seniors please help

I  e-mailed to NY office two days ago and i just received reply that

This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for permanent residence to Canada from our office in Buffalo. Your file is currently with an Immigration Officer for review. In the interim, you must advise this office immediately in writing of any change in your civil status or family composition (i.e. marriage, divorce, birth of new child, etc.) or mailing address.


Thank you for your interest in Canada.


So my question is when i will receive medica?

still long way t0 go... once ur file gets reviewed then uill probably get medicals ( they might even go for backgrnd checks at this moment which usally tkes 1-2 months or ven more depends on the case to case basis). so just chill n relax  at the moment
