Dear Mr.Mukund,

Your application is in process. No further action is required by you at this time.  Please note the correct file number in the subject line of this email.

Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada. As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) frequently does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo.

Do not use the CIC e-Cas on-line change of address system. Your new address will not be downloaded to your file in Buffalo.
Please note that the online status check may not be used for checking status for In Canada applications. Applications filed at Buffalo are considered In Canada applications and hence may not be accuratly checked on the website.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Regards,

Canadian Consulate General Buffalo

I asked for my file process status to Buffalo, I got above reply.

one more point to note down, I am here in the USA on H1B visa, and the Buffalo wrote me that Buffalo NY applicants is In-Canada applicant , that means not consider as outside canada applicant? strange....!
so what is the difference between In-canada and outside canada applicant, so they consider all buffalo applicant is In-canada applicants? we get any special benefits for this (ofcourse slow process of Buffalo is the first benefits I got it here).

please Seniors look in this matter.

New quota 29 NOC one, after 06/2010 applicant, I got reply from CIO within 40days after apply then I ready with all Full documents, and submitted within week.
doesnt matter but I want explaination of above reply email from Buffalo VO.

where are you seniors and champions of this forum. please explain me about this email. I don't have 2nd AOR still , so I mentioned 1st AOR in subject line. but the buffalo replied me that my case is in-process. I don't look in-process in the E-case. if E-case is not accurate or updated well then why Canada government maintain this website , that means Canadian immigration is making fool to all applicants!!

Buffalo deals with applicants from North America, but they use different system then used by CIC in Canada i.e. partner cases. Therefore, if you want to change your address you have to write to Buffalo and update on ECas. Buffalo will not be able to see address change from E-CAS.

These are standard reply, they normally send it to all applicants, because they might be receiving lots of inquiries regarding application status from applicants due to delay in process. Plus mention your file number inside the msg area not just in subject line.

Good luck
