Hi,
I am a Bangladesh and live in Toronto at St Clair Ave East
My apartment is well decorated with one bed room, drawing cum dining, washroom, kitchen , 1 big balcony in 2nd floor.
This apt is safe and secure; also it is a good residential area.
There are many good Bangladeshi educated people live in this apartment.
Bus stopies is just on the down stair of this apt, which is very advantageous for Canadian people, everybody wants to live near bus stopies because of due to very cold weather. Also subway station is just 6 mins from this apt.
I want to change this apt and I want to go to near of my sister's apartment.
Is there any Bangladesh immigrant who is coming to Toronto,he can live in this apartment.
I will transfer the lease contract to him. Rent is $825.00/month.

The Question is, Is this lease Transferable according to the lease contract?
My Brother is looking for an apartment but it has to be road faced. Which Subway station is very near to your building? What is a Stopies? Did you mean Bus stoppage?
