Renewing TRP possiblities

My sister is currently visiting me in TO. I offered her employment as a Live In Caregiver but just found out last week (Thursday) that she's been rejected as she has only 11 years of education. Her TRP is expiring on April 5. After consulting the Immigration help line, she's filed for renewal to Vegreville in AB today. She has taken the mature student test at a private college and the legalities are being worked out in order for her to apply for the Study Permit outside of Canada (at consulate in US). She's getting her acceptance letter to the program on Monday as we just made the payment.

What are the chances of her getting the TRP renewed based on the fact that she wants to go to school here? She is married and has a husband back home. She wants to upgrade her education and the program starts in the summer.
