Hi all,

I have a question,I applied for Canadian immigration from USA which was approved in 2004 but I could not go to Canada for landing.Can I apply for the renewal/reopen of that immigrant visa ? I can pay for any panelty ,Is there any other option or do I have to apply all over again ?
