I have a question about renewing PR card.

If A & B are husband and wife. A is a Canadian citizen. B got her PR card in 2008.

A & B both stayed in a country out of Canada for 3 years since 2008 to present (which satisfies the criteria that the permanent residents must have been travelling with a Canadian citizen who is their spouse or common-law partner 730 days out of the five year period to renew the PR card)

The problem is, if A and B get divorce now, will B have any problem renewing the PR card in 2013? since when renewing, A is no longer the spouse of B...

Thanks for the help.

If B enters Canada now and maintains her physical residency, B can accumulate the residency days for PR and citizenship.

The PR card must be renewed in Canada.
