HI All,
I am remotely (from pakistan) working as an permanent employee for an Canadian company, i want to apply for Canadian immigration, please help me what documents i need from the Company before I submit my immigration application, what the Company need to do so that i must assist them.

If your employer wants to hire you for a position based in Canada, the best option would be for them to apply for an Arranged Employment Opinion.  If this is approved and you meet all the other requirements for the FSW program, you can apply as a Category 2 applicant.

I should add that this would be under the Federal Skilled Worker program, NOT the Canadian Experience Class.  (wrong forum!)
