Hi, Guys can you help what doesn't mean in my Remarks:
Temporary resident status maintained as per R183(6)
System File number  what is that mean? please help me?

It's quoting the applicable Regulation under which your TWP was granted.  The other number is an internal filing number or LMO confirmation number.
