relinquishing PRC and applying as FSW

Hi All,

I landed in canada in Sep 2006 lived there for four months and came back and then I went one more time for 10 days in 2009, I couldnt go back to Canada because of my small daughter I applied for family class sponsorship for my husband and daughter it got rejected because I dont reside in Canada my PRC is expiring in sep 2011, Now I am thinking to relinquish my current PRC and apply as FSW under 3112(Doctors) category.

Please advice me will my previous immigration will have any negative impact on my new FSW application and what could be the consequences of relinquishing my current PRC.
