Hi everyone.
I am trying to get a TFW visa under the semi-skilled pilot program in AB, already had an interview and been acepted, just waiting for the contract and LMO to folow procedure. I already took a look at the application, there is a section where they ask about relatives`s criminal record. I do have a brother who in the past, about ten years ago intented to get into Canada with the intention of staying and find the way of getting legal status, but was caught and denied the entry. Years later he went to USA and illegally stablised there with his family, unfortunately he started making his situation worst by dealing with drugs, which is too embarrasing, but taht is my brother. He is now where he deserves, in  prison, and will be for some more years.
I wonder if my brother`s behavior will affect my application since I do not would like to try to hide it.
I never had to do with his "business" and my record is completly clean.
Thanks.
