i am a skilled worker applicant with " In Processing" status on ecas

I had a certain problem which is that , i submitted documents to cio sydney in which i mentioned my relatives are living inside canada
and claimed 5 points for it. Which was offcourse after my relatives concent.

After approval from CIO sydney i had to submit documents to visa office at which point my relatives rejected to provide me with any assistance giving fake reasons for it. So i submitted documents without the proof of relation document to visa office.

After the deduction of relative points that are 5. i still have points above the border line i.e. 67.

My query is that will the visa office still consider me for immigration as my points even without them are good enough.

Regards
Shery

Hi Sherry,

They should consider your application, if you have 67 points.
