Relatives in Canada

Dear all,

I have two uncles and both are Canadian immigrants and have PR cards but both are living out of Canada. One of my Uncle's family is living in Canada while he himself is doing job in UAE. I need to know whether I can claim points for my uncles if I apply for Canadian immigration under Federal Skilled Workers Catagory?
Please if some one help.

Nope, the uncle has to be residing in Canada for you to get the 5 points.
