Hi Friends,

I am collecting documents for sending my full application to CHC SINGAPORE, I am INDIAN Citizen, and living (PR) and working in SINGAPORE.

My Uncle (Mother's Real Brother) is Canadian Citizen. I have collected following documents.

My Mother:
Copy of
1. Her 10th Certificate (having her DOB and SAME father's name)
2. Her Passport (having her DOB and father's name and SAME Place of Birth)

My Uncle:
Copy of
1. His 10th Certificate (having his DOB and SAME father's name)
2. His CANADIAN Passport (having his DOB and SAME father's name and SAME Place of Birth)

3. His landing papers (Year 1984)
4. His Citizenship Card
5. His Care Card
6. One latest Utility Bill

I have two questions on the above:

1. As I have all the documents above as photocopies of the originals, do i need to get these attested?
2. If Yes, should it be Notary Attestation, As I can not show original documents (CANADIAN Passport, landing papers, citizenship card, care card and utility bill) to the Notary Public for my uncle, what should be done? or should i just attach the photo copies of these documents as these can be verified by the CANADIAN IMMIGRATION AUTHORIES anyway?

Hello,

Photocopies should suffice since these documents cannot be attested without the originals.
