Relative Information by CHC

After 5 months of submission of all documents yesterday i recived letter from CHC to submitt more documents of proof of relation in Canada .. Pl. note my uncle (fathers brother) is immigrant of Canada and i previously provide Passport copy to CHC but they required more proof.
 
Can any one tell me what type of document i need to send? as i only have 25 days in my hand.

1.  You need your father's birth certificate and your uncles showing the same father/mother.  Proof of his status in Canada, and proof (rent receipts, income tax, visa bills, mortgage house tax whatever) to show that he is living in Canada.

Thanks for your response, but problem is this my father is 80+ and uncle is also 65+ and they dont have their Birth certifacte as they migrate to Pak in 1947 after independence, so advise my what other document will help?

marriage certificate of your father and marriage certificate of your uncle. along with the other documents that PMM mentioned in his post above.

Just to add any other official documentation which would have your father name and his father name along with your uncles documents which can showcase the same aswell.

Basically what you need to showcase to them is both of their father is same.

May be Passport copy might do apart from all the other documents which is already mentioned in the blog.
