Hello, everyone!
I need some advice please. My application in the skilled worker class got refused in January 2012.
How do I get my documents, school-records incl. translation back? Are there any forms to be filled out to request them? Hope you have some answers for me. Thank you in advance, and good luck to everybody who is still waiting.

DEAR FRIENDS I UNDERSTAND HOW IT FEELS TO HAVE DECISION MADE AFTER TWO YEARS OF WAIT

BUT I WILL BE GRATEFUL IF YOU CAN THROW SOME LIGHT ON THIS QUERY

1) AFTER BEING IN PROCESS WITH RBVO DETAILS DID YOUR E STATUS CHANGE INTO

" WE REVIEWED YOUR FILE AND A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE "

OR

2) DID IT SAY

" WE REVIEWED YOU FILE ON SUCH AND SUCH  DATE  AND STARTED PROCESSING YOUR FILE "

AND THEN AFTER SOME DAYS CAME THE "DECISION MADE"  STATUS

PLEASE SHARE

I got rejected after a 5 year waiting time. On e-case it said decision made, and I received a letter the same  day my snail mail, stating the reason. I didn't have the recquiered points in my class. But thats fine, after such a long time of waiting, my priorities changed anyway.
I just want my documents back....paid so much money to get them translated and certified. Any ideas, or suggestions please?

I feel very sad to read the message. Bro, it is said in their instructions not to send any original copy because they are not able to refund those docs. So, there is no format at all. However, you can write politely requesting for the same.

Hi tajc,

Good to know that your priorities got changed and it did not affect you that badly. I think you can surely get your documents back . Email your visa office as a matter of urgency and write urgent in subject of email. Mention your file no, date of birth, address etc and tell them about rejection and ask them that you want your documents back as a matter of urgency.  Also attach scan copy of your rejection letter.

I also think that originals like education docs they return to you any way. But police clearance they keep it. Email them and ask. Thanks
