Rejection for Delayed submission of Passports after PPR?

Hi All

What happens if the passports could not be sent on time (if any mentioned in the PPR), but has been sent well within the last date mentioned in the PPR when the Visa will expire

I got the PPR in March

I just got an opprotunity to come here to Canada as I was away in India when I got my PPR and did not have any way to send in my passports to Detriot VO. FEDEX or DHL or any company for that matter did not accept my passports, and it is also illegal to send the Passports by mail out of the country.

However my Passports are in Detriot VO as I type this message.

what are the chances that they will reject my PR for delayed submission of passports.

Also I did not see any timeframe for submission of passports in the PPR letter I got.
