Rejection at CHC ?

Dear friends...

  I just got a letter Sydney in less than 2 months about sending all my documents to CHC. I got so excited about my application being approved but now realize that the main decision is actually in the hands of CHC. On top I am surprized to see it takes 3 years or more for the things to get approved if they do. Reading this ended all my excitement.
    Do I need to contact CHC now or just send all the documents in 120 days? Can any experienced person tell much chances do we have after we have applied to CHC?

I am surprised to see the above statement too. Who said that? There are lot of factors involved here. In my humble opinion, luck is the main factor.

Send ALL the documents as soon as possible. Why wait for 120 days?

If your case is genuine, your documents are genuine, you have been truthful, you have necessary clearances, your health is ok, then you stand 100% chance... at least almost 100% chance.
