Hi All

We had applied under skilled worker category but our application was rejected stating tht the occupation we provided was ot in the 38 list.Now we want to try again can someone suggest a good consultant.Am located in Boston,USA.

I don't think you really need a consultant for the process however if you insist why not try David Cohen.

I will still prefer if you check the list of 38 ministerial jobs to see which fits your experience profile. That way you can re-apply again.

Under which NOC you have applied and what duties you mentioned? Is the rejection at Sydney stage or it is it on local visa office stage? If you could kindly elaborate a little bit, somebody may be able to suggest some useful inputs. Thank you
