FSW application only shows that you have intention to reside permanently in Canada.

Study visa approval depends on many factors, without knowing your complete profile, it will difficult to suggest the chances of success.

Hi
there is no rule of thumb that FSW rejected applicant cant apply for study permit.of course you can apply.

but the thing is unfortunately u got rejected in FSW category, and applying as a study permit, V.O. might think your intention is to enter in canada anyhow.
I mean it might be difficult to prove that you will leave canada after completing your study.

So nothing is wrong.Nothing to loose. Who knows you are lucky.

Dear Strong,

The biggest challenge for you is to convince VO that you are a genuine student. Considering your previous FSW rejection this task is not an easy one. Please choose your field of study very cautiously and write a perfect SOP. Any thing less than perfection wont do the job for you. Best wishes.... Harry
