Hi

I am not with the New Delhi office, nor has my application been rejected. I hope you don't mind me asking but I'm just curious as to why your application was rejected?

I am just curious, why do the IO reject a case?Huh

Under what grounds the visa office is concluding that the marriage is not a genuine one? I believe all those who are applying for the spousal visa will be submitting a marriage certificate from their respective government. Is it not true?

Any help in this regard will be appreciated!

Thanks!

A marriage certificate proves a marriage took place it doesn't prove the partners are genuine and there have been instances when even the certificate that was provided was fradulent so no the certifcate doesn't prove anything except your "relation" to your spouse.

My wedding was registered in Canada and it was legal marriage. We submitted Canadian Marriage certificate. Still it was rejected. The reason which they told us doesnt make sense to me and to lawyer or to ADR. So, VO just rejected it because they wanted to.

Its depends on your luck too.Sometimes people who are from villages and not much education they are sitting in Canada.Depends what kind of officer and what he/she thinks. They do not care for marriage certificate.I even do not know what the reason they tell me?Huh
