My Case is..
A case has been filed against me on March 3, 2001, traffic accident. but case was dismissed  on october 21, 2001. I was also detained for questioning for 1 day at the time of the accident.

On June 2008 we submitted our application PNP to visa officer here in the Philippines with file number.
On September 2008 the officer request for rehabilitation
On December 2008 I submitted my rehabilitation application including $100CAD.
On December 2010 Rehabilitation approved., letter of continue processing of application.

Question Background Declaration question 9:

have you ever been convicted of, or are you currently charged with, on trial for, or party to a crime or offence, or subject of any criminal proceedings in any country?

My Question for our update application - background declaration..
1. Is this applies (yes) to this question.
2. Is this also applies to my wife background declaration.
3. I did not apply (yes)  in my previous application, is there going to be a misrepresentation if a apply (yes)
on the update background declaration.

Any info regarding my rehabilitation process you may ask so???
i wish you could answer my problem. thank you and more power.
