Hello Friends
I applied for AINP in Dec 2008.I applied on my current H1 B visa which is finishing by Oct 2009 . I have one more  extension period.Is it OK or will it effect in my processing.iam asking this question because till now i haven't got any information from  Alberta about my pre-assessment application.So please kindly provide information on this topic,

You shouldn't have any problem, I remember that when I filed my AINP my H1B extension was expired and my 8th year extension was in processed...
BTW once I got my extension approved I faxed I797 to Alberta.
