All RNs,

My PR application is already through (NOC 3152). My humble query is: Is it possible for me to register with CNO to get Eligibiltiy Letter to write CRNE before i get my PR? Or is PR mandatory to get registered with CNO?  What are the requirements to Register with CNO? How long the Eligibility Letter is valid?  Kindly advise...

CNO can do it fast if you can provide all the requirment fastly. We did following steps.

1.)Obtain the application forms from CNO
2.)Submitted the application form+Application Fee+Copies of all certificates+Copies of transcripts
3.)After receving the above set CNO will send you another set of forms which is verification forms. You need to get it filled by your current employer, previous employer,IDP or British Counsil(For IELTS),your nursing collage, your nursing boards..these forms must send by each institute(employer, collage, board) directly to CNO.
4.)Once CNO receive all the above verification from each institute , they will ask you to send the exam fee.

For me I have paid the exam fee but my PR is not yet ready. So I withdraw the fees and informed them that I will attend the exam after I receive my PR.

I have done my BSc Nursing from India and now working in Singapore as a registerd nurse.

Thanks all.
Which IELTS is required to register with CNO? Is it the General Module or the Academic Module?

Hi, I'd like to ask whether I could take the exam and register at CNO on a post-graduation work permit. You see, I'm on a student visa in Canada, taking up practical nursing. After graduation, I plan to get a post-grad work permit. Will CNO register me on that permit?
