Is it at all possible to register a car in Canada, if you are resident in the United States (i.e. have a US driver's liscence)? I have heard some people say they have done it, but it others seem to think it can't be done.

1.  Start your reading here for exporting a car from the US>http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/export/export_docs/motor_vehicle.xml
2.  Then read www.riv.ca for importing a car.
