Registered Nurse Application Return

Hi Every one, I submit my application on Aug 28 2011 under NOC 3152 and cic sydney received on Aug 31 2011. On Nov 24 2011 cic sydney return my application saying that "You application was received after the maximum of 500 commplete Federal Skilled Worker application per Noc 3152 was reached". I would like to know when they reached the cap for NOC 3152. On Sep 10 2011 when i checked online it was showing that the cap wasnt reached for NOC 3152. At that time they received 400 plus application.

sorry to know about that.... unfortunately you can't do anything
as we can't trace or challenge cic for that...

One thing I can suggest you is that, be prepared your file in June2012 and
sent it as soon as possible once the cap would be opened.
where was your visa office?
