         I am a register nurse . I want to apply as FSW and last week i come to know the quota is full for this year and it will begin in july 2011 . But one of the local consultant said to me that canada immigration authority are still accepting application on register Nurse .

they have allowed few top consultant and getting FWS worker case

is this true??

No, you could only apply if you have an Arranged Employment Opinion from an Employer in Canada.
