regarding TRV---plz reply

Hello Friends,

need ur help on spouse visa. I got my student visa last month. But at that time my wife's passport was not ready and she got her passport recently. Now we want to apply for spouse/Dependent visa so that she can fly to canada along with me in sept-2011.

I have got info that we have to apply for TRV. just need clarification that in TRV we hav to aaply under worker or other? also for this visa letter of invitation is required but what can I show under this?

members please provide ur valuable suggestions.

Hi

I believe (95%) if you hold a study permit, your spouse is eligible an open work permit(unless she wants to study). So she can apply for a worker. But please confirm it first from the cic website.
