Regarding photo specification for ppr

Hey guys
My concern is how many pic we need for ppr
I got mail it says 4 pics.  But it also says don't cut the sheet of photograph
How can I send pic without cut the photograph
I am confused

Did any ine know wat to do ?

For my visa office, I've never heard of people who got PPR reporting that they were instructed to "not cut the sheet of photos." But this is totally at the VO's discretion and your immigration officer may have a very good reason giving this instruction. So just have a set of 4 photos taken, following the specifications in CIC's instructions, and send them the sheet of four photos uncut (undivided). I'm sure the photographer will have no problem giving you 1 sheet of 4 prints measuring 3.5 x 4.5 centimeters each if you explain properly what you need.
