Hi All,

Today I went to my near by police station in USA for my fingerprint, I took printout of FBI form for fingerprint.
But they told me, I need to have this form on hard card board then only they will do my fingerprint on it. Do anybody have idea for this.

not sure .. but they probably meant the finger print card .. you may need get one of ur own and then can print on that card .. in my case i just went to local finger print place bought a card and did the finger print there .. cost about $7 per person .. got fbi crt about 7 wks.

Hi Shuhash,

thanks for your answer. So how u get that FBI fingurprint card? cause they saw me one card(it's for state PCC) and it's not A4 size.

you can download it from FBI website. You can search for it on the internet.

SIGH.  WHERE in the USA?  What state are you in?

It is NOT a requirement that the FBI format be used.  You can submit whatever card the local police station uses.  If they refuse to print on a paper copy of the FBI card, will they print on their own state form?  You can use that.

Hi I am in NJ...

And they told me they do not make it on state form....so is it ok if I will take printout on card bord (thick paper)and give them for fingurprint??

the police station will provide the form and it is thick & same format in FBI website (they have special printer for that paper thats why they will not use the form print out fr fbi website)... all your info is already on that  card ( they will just copy the identity card infos you present)  except for the address, SSN & purpose for that fingerprint.. just fill up the blank space then attach the credit card payment form ( print out fr the website) or money order and the application form (fr the website) lastly, submit it asap & waiting period is 9-12wks.

you can call first the nearest police station in your place & ask the schedule of finger printing services.
