Hi,
Please help, Am on post graduate open work permit which is going to expiring on Sept 2011. Recently i got a permanent, full time job offer from a Canadian employer. I have gone through the hrsdc website and got known that no recruitment efforts are required for international graduates studied at publicy funded colleges. My employer does not know how to apply for LMO. Am in confusion regarding the supporting documents to be attached. can anyone through some light on this what to be attached along with the application. Please suggest do i have go through an immigration lawyer to apply for LMO or can we directly apply through employer. Guyz please reply immediately who are in same situation. Also request moderator to suggest me whether to go with immigration lawyer or can i directly apply through employer. please help me on this.

Thanks,
