Regarding Job Offer and Work Permit

Hi,

I want to apply for the work base temporary in Canada. My relatives in Canada can offer me the LMO and Job Offer letter but I am worrying about few things in that case.

1 I am from Computer Background and done Graduation and also applying for Clerical job in Canada. But is Clerical job lies under the work permit of Canada

2 Will I need to give any interview to Embassy after getting the LMO

3. After how much time I will be eligible for the PR in Canada.

4. Who confirms my Work Permit Visa?

Please guide me through the rest of process

Also tell me how much time it will take now after I got LMO. I have also heard that LMO should be positive. Please also give some advice on that.

I currently have 2 and half year experience.

First thing as far as I know, your future job in Canada should be related to your work experience, secondly, yes, you should have a valid positive LMO from employer and a contract. Submit the application to the embassy, and the embassy will be the one to decide if interview is necessary or not. You may visit the embassy website in a place where you are planning to apply to clarify your questions...

Your relatives should be able to show proof of recruitment and that no Canadian citizen or PR applied/qualified for the job before they can offer you the job and apply for a LMO.

How your relatives could offer a LMO? If they are offering you an employment they also need to show the evidence of the efforts that they have made to hire a Canadian or a PR before offering the to a foreigner. Having a relative in Canada would not fulfil the requirement to obtain a LMO through Human Resources and skills development Canada.
