Hello Friends,

I am in canada and i applied for immigration in June/o6 in buffalo
I am still wiaitng for there reply.my student visa is expering in april /08
I dnt know what i should do with visa, i email the immigration,
they alwyz wrote your file is in process we havent made any decision yet.
For me itz getting tougher and tougher day by day,.
can any one guide me what i should do.

hey budy,

I m also in the same situation as u, perhaps worse than yours. Anyway, i would suggest you to apply for the extension of your study permit soon. so that your legal status is valid and hope for the best from bufffalo.

hey guys

I too have the same situation...can u guys update your application status.
It really depends on the processing time..in my case, i submitted my application
in Buffalo, U.S. It will takes around 16 -25 months to finalise the application.

Just like fracture mentioned, u can extend the study permit or u can apply a temporary work permit
I heard if u can find a job in canada, it will helpful in your application, meaning the successful rate
will be enhanced.....
