Hi All,

I am working as soft engineer in canada ..I was thinking that I can apply for Federal Skilled worker/Canadian Experience class...but when I checked in CIC without HRSDC letter we cannot apply for both of these Catagories [Federal Skilled worker/Canadian Experience class]..!

Could you guys help me regarding this..My employer sure will not give the HRSDC...!

Without HRSDC letter could we apply for Immigration..! Please provide you comments or suggestions..!

With CEC you can if you have worked for 2 years or more in a skilled position.  For FSW, you need a valid work permit plus offer of continued employment and your work permit needs to stay valid until your application is complete.  This can be a problem if your permit expires and your employer will not apply for an LMO, then you can not renew.
