I was asked to submit Immigrant summary form by CHC London.
Is it computer fillable form or do I print and then fill it by pen?

Hello, I am going to submit the same form as well to CHC, London.I have got the pritout and I will fill it up by pen. You can download the form from this website. This page is available in the United Kingdom site.

          If u r not asked by CHC London abt the supplementary forms do not fill it and send from ur own will since this forms are not asked for all the candidates. Moreover these forms delay the process further since they put those candidates on full security check.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I have been asked to fill in that form. CHC,London has asked for RPRF, Supplemtary info, medical and schedule 1 again to fill in.

One more question, What does it mean by FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN DUPLICATE FOR ALL PERSONS 18 YEARS AND OVER.
It is written on Immigrant Summary form.

Pk79,
       It means u have to complete 2 sets of the same forms for urself and all those on the file but above 18 yrs of age as it will be given to 2 different agencies for a stringent security check.

did you not fill this form when you first submitted your documents to CHC london??? i can see a supplementary information form on chc london vo specific list, is it the same form they asking now?? thanks

thanks once again. Me and my spouse need to fill this form. So we should make 2 copies of each filled form.
Can we photocopy it after filling one form and then sign it.

Can anybody help me filling in Immirant summary form? It is very confusing form.

You need to write 2 times  each on those forms. Photocopy not allowed.
