I had done IELTS test on 19/08/2005 in academic module and got 6 band overall.

Second time on 5/09/2009 I had done IELTS test  in general module and got 6.5 band overall.

On 29/09/2010 FSW deptt. mail me to submit my documents at NEW DELHI visa office up to 25/01/2011.
I have 71 points w/o adding IELTS points.

But this time i have done IELTS  test on 20/11/2010 in general module and got 5.5 band only.

I am applying under NOC no.2133 or 2147.

Are my IELTS band ok for apply?

What is best way?

1..Should I submit my latest IELTS Certificate only?
2..Should I submit my both general IELTS tests certificates?
3..Should I submit my latest IELTS certificate with copies of other IELTS certificates?

Hi

You can only send one IELTS result and it should not be older than 1 yr from the date CIC received your application. About low bands in IELTS it really depends on the visa officer if he thinks score is not good ( as it is really low) then he/she can reject straightaway or can give you a chance to sit IELTS once again as i have seen visa officer giving one applicant 3 chances to prove is english skills.

Cheers

I totally agree with Saki since English proficiency is the important aspect for considering you app.
I suggest you to prepare yourself for next test date (there are many free materials for IELTS. )
IMO IELTS above 6.5 is safe for immigration purpose.
