regarding experience points for NOC 2173,4131

hi,

I have a doubt how many points will i get for my following work experience ?

Aug 2006-August 2007 Lecturer in a college(NOC 4131)
Aug 2007- till now Software engg.(NOC 2173)

A total more than three years.

how many points will i get for this experience ?

Actually i have 13 months of work exp. in NOC 4131 as below:

June,2006-August 2006 with an institute named omega as a lecturer
August 2006-April 2007 as a lecturer in college
April 2007-August 2007 as a lecturer in omega institute

After this i have more than 2 years of exp. in NOC 2173.

am i elidigble to apply ?
will they accept my application ?

What about this...?

Let's say within the last 10yrs,

   I was a College Instructor - 1 yr (in the 38 lists)
   Now, a Satellite engineer - 4 yrs (not in the 38)

How much can I claim? 21 points?
