Regarding Checklists [Urgent]

I am a pre-26th june applicant.

I am sending documents in a day to CHC, London. I have some final questions

1- while sending documents, should i use both checklists (VO checklist and checklist when i initially submitted form to CIO). I think only VO checklist is required. What do you say?
2- kindly see point 13 police certificate and clearence on CHC London checklist. There is no checkbox infront of 'F'. What does that mean?

you have to follow VO checklist now, I dont look in London Form so what is missing you have to find out with some London applicant OP from this forum, visit forum and some OP's status if you find visa office london then send msg them so the OP will help you.
