regarding baby pp: help me now

hello friends
i m going to apply baby's pp as i received medicals n returned. pp office is chd. recently we shifted to new place that is also on rent n updated to chc. but we dont have any  new address proof to show at pp office for baby pp.our appointment date is 25 feb.we have only following documents

me n spouse passport of previous address
ration card of previous address
baby birth cert with new address
bank statement of new address(only 2 proof)

could it acceptable.plz give me right suggestion .i ll b highly thankful.

Hi,

I am not sure about PP office Chd but in Delhi PP office , New address is updated in the passport in just 1 day,So you can get your new address updated in your passport and Then submit that with your child's documents
