Regarding appendix A for west europe

I have a question about document IMM5562 within the Apendix A document.

The page is called "Supplementary Information" YOUR TRAVELS, where Im supposed to fill out all my travels in the past 10 years.

The document has two boxes, the first box A is for "you" (which Im assuming means the principal applicant) but the second box B is for "your spouse or common law partner".

Here is the question:
Who is supposed to fill out the second box B? The sponsor?
Do I really have to submit this document, since it says "supplementary"?

1.  No one, in your case as it is a spousal application.  Don't forget it is a generic form so skilled workers use and they may be a couple.
2.  Yes.

you only have to submit this form if you are going through Paris. (see last point on Checklist)

Wow, thanks for pointing that out! These small exceptions really do slip away, I see it now on the Apendix A #14.
