hi members,
My friend applied for permanent residence from india (family class category).Today ,he checked the ECAS it states
We started processing your application on March 10, 2009.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on March 17, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.Could any one please tell me what is that meaning? he is so scared.

Feb 29- Sent application to CIC
March 30- Approved and transfer to Singapore
August 14- Passport back with visa
