Hi friends,
Recently, I received AINP nomination a few weeks ago.

I have also submitted my Permanent resident application through Federal skilled workers category a few months ago. At that time, I submitted all PCCs, FBI cards etc.

I am looking to immigrate to Canada asap. So, I am planning to submit my AINP application without PCCs to Buffalo for now. Will that be OK? The reason why I want to do this, that I want to save time instead of waiting for PCCs/FBI again.

I can attach a cover letter with my AINP application quoting my FSW file number and that my FSW application already contains PCCs/FBI, and I can provide PCCs again if they need. Meanwhile, I am planning to apply PCCs/FBI after I send my AINP application to CIC.

Please let me know your suggestions/opinions.

Thanks to all.

I don't think you can deliberately leave out PCC without a valid reasons.
