             If CHC  accept my req for reconsideration. how many days usually it will take to process thew file from where it has closed...

Hi,

As far as i know they dont reopen the file once its closed the only way they re-open it is by appealing and i am not sure how long that takes.

Wait for the seniors they might have some accurate answer for you.

it depends on ur case. If They think some error has been made on their side. They might reconsider your case probably 1-2 months.. even iam not senior more info seniors can give you on this. But make sure u send them ur reconsideration mail  n check why they refused ur file based on that if u think u have strong point u can go for it.

when i mailedd them i got a response .. by this can i atleast assume that they kept my file in awaiting list

 HI DUDE,
             just mention about the error made  or if any miscalculations or u can explain the situation  in order vo can satisfy. explain in detail n if they need any documentation pls provide without any hesitation. i mean along with coverletter submit any supporting documents.
mine is lil bit different so i submitted coverletter along with few relevant docs to chc ND
