Hi all,
I am a FSW worker residing in canada of skill level A.My husband landed in Canada as a visitor in March 2011 so that he can live together with me and work as well till the validity of my work permit...However he had to go back to my home country( india )for some time as he had some important work to complete there.
Meanwhile the open work permit he applied for, inside Canada has been approved and calls for a medical examination within 90 days as it is beyond the period of 6 months...
1. Can he do medical outside Canada?
2.if not,he can come in July once to complete his medical...however the situation demands that he needs to go back to India after the medical examination. and be in india till september....By that time his visitor's visa would expire...now what type of visa is required to reenter canada in september again? how can he get a work permit visa...
Could someone help me by providing some options to handle this situation please....

1. He can have the medical at any DMP in the world.
2. He has to apply for a new TRV at New Delhi.
3. You can mail the work permit to him.
