To whom it may concern
I hereby certify that Mr................. of ............. nationality, Holding passport No. ...... worked as ..................... for ...................... company from ............. to ...................... With a total monthly salary of ....................... for .......... working hours per week.

During his work with the company his main duties and responsibilities were:
A...........................
B...........................
C............................

Signed by direct supervisor
Stamped by company's official seal ( If Applicable )

And I have to say it is pretty decent and includes everything.

If employer is not willing to give exp letter as per your desired format, attach appointment letter that will definitely be discussing your role with an explanation letter to CHC mentioning reasons for not having such letter from employer.

Can someone tell us what we can do if the employer is unwilling to include the hours we work there per week?

U can not help it. Send an explanation letter to CHC mentioning limitation and submit as much as u can.

so do you think it would be better to send to the VO a suspicious in my opinion letter stating "my employer doesn't want to reveal this information" or it would be better to omit the working hours? maybe just make them write "full time" instead of "40 hours per week"?

Also, I know that for me (dependent) is not necessary to send these letters, but do you think I should anyway? would it help?

Dear...as a thumb rule...if the requirement is mandatory, u r bound to share explanation for not doing so. If it is not, ignore it

Ok good then, any idea how I should explain it to them? It would seem suspicious to me if someone told me that "my boss who is running a serious and big company is refusing to verify the hours that I work per week"
