good advise the best one that make sense so far rob keep up the good work wish i know about this forum when i was applying. it could of save me .

my husband who is being sponsored out of guatemala has a child and the mother refused to give us consent to do his medical check, immigration asked for a birthcertificate and a written letter from her saying that she will not allow us to do the things requested by immigration, my husband just had to sign a declaration stating that he knows that at no time he can help or solicit his son coming to canada!
