Come on guys we should not let CHC London play with our future...........
these refusals due to Jds mismatch only happened for Pakistani applicant, or most of those which applied through CHC London, i believe..........

Every such refused case can be re-opened if strong and undeniable evidence is produced in front of the Program Manager CHC London... You should hire a consultant to compile a comprehensive letter for the re-open request..... |

YES.... and if your reasoning is strong they may re-open the case............ otherwise if you believe in your reasoning go in Court appeal... |

I have just seen your post on other thread..... You have made a big mistake by writing to them in harsh language, you should have waited bit and consulted some specialist to guide you............ Your letter to CHC should have been addressing more to the refusal cause and proving it wrong by putting up Solid evidences........... in order to have some chances........ in a very gentle and requesting manner.... Now if you are going to file a Case in Court, it will be on a weaker side since CIC can quote a strong evidence that you used such a harsh language....... against their organization and do not deserve to be granted the immigration status..... Anyhow, now wait what they are going to send in response and then you can file a case within 60 days after receiving the refusal letter.... |
