Finally I received email from VO of my 2nd letter and they accepted there was an error of miscalculating points and my file has reopened. And also written that they will send me a request for the next steps required for processing for application within the next three weeks.

That is great .... Since now they are not accepting any new applications, they have ample time to review the old cases... So lesson for all of us is; NOT TO LOSE HOPE AND CHASE THEM TILL YOUR CASE IS RE-OPENED..... They will try to discourage you as much as possible so that they have less number of applicants to deal with...... Do not let them deprive you of your right........... finally they will reconsider your applications..... |

Other thing is that how come CIO passrf our application in intial stage
are these going not enough competent to know what 4131 do.
are we going to get fees from CIO or not.

I sent the reconsideration letter only once which they did not consider.... Then I hire Tim Leahly and he has already sent a letter to the Chief FSW CHC London, i am getting ready to file a court case soon even if he does not respond....
There is no separate mailing address for the program manager just use the addess below and they will respond;
"CHC London" <london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca>
Our only hope is to file a court appeal collectively...... since they are refusing cases on illogical grounds which is NOT a fair assessment which they have to provide to each applicant as per Canadian Law............ we have strong chances of success if more or less 50 such applicants bearing genuine evidences and strong experience letters with closely matching JDs can go to court...................
Contact Tim Leahly if you want as he is collecting all such cases to file an appeal in court.... of course he will first send the request directly to the Chief FSW unit CHC London........ if not successful then a court appeal follows............. and you have to pay him his fees......
Think and decide yourself what you are going to do...........
Hello Is it possible that you mention and maintain a list of how many refused applicants have opted for Tim Leahy. My case was forwarded by Tim but the CHC London's chief officer has refused again and now Tim suggested to go for court appeal. In the list, mention how many got approved due to this reconsideration letter and how many did not. Regards Khan |
